What Tap2Wafa is
Wafa (وفاء) means loyalty. Tap2Wafa gives every regular a stamp card in the wallet they already carry, and gives you the numbers behind it.
The card sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, next to their bank cards and boarding passes. Nothing to print, nothing to leave at home, nothing to put through the washing machine.
Your customer scans the QR code on the counter, types a name, and the card lands in their wallet. No app to download, no account to create, no password to forget.
Visits, stamps given, rewards redeemed, and who keeps coming back — instead of guessing at a drawer full of half-stamped cards.
How it works
One side is your customer’s phone. The other is whatever phone is already behind your counter.
What you get
Built as one system: the card, the scanner, the notifications and the numbers behind them.
Native passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Your customers install nothing and remember no password.
The scanner runs in a browser on the phone your staff already have. Camera scan, with typing the card number as a fallback.
A full card asks to be redeemed, your staff confirm it with one tap, and the card resets for the next round. No arguments, no guesswork.
A new stamp or an unlocked reward shows up on the card in their wallet — with a notification they actually see.
Send an update — a new menu, a quiet Tuesday offer, holiday hours — straight to the cards in their wallets. Sensible limits are built in, so a loyalty card never turns into spam.
Total members, visits, stamps given, rewards redeemed, and who your true regulars are — with your card settings in the same place.
Every stamp comes from your own scanner and is cryptographically signed and verified. No self-stamping with a pen, no forged cards.
A loyalty card needs a name and, if the customer wants, a phone number — so that is all we ask for. If a customer asks for their data to be deleted, it gets deleted. We spent months on security and architecture reviews before writing the first line of the product.
